Club News, Activities and Information

Club run information is contained on the ‘Club Run’ tab with the weekly routes posted up during the week before.  As well as road rides we have a gravel ride on the last Sunday of each month and the occasional MTB rides. See you all out there!

Hill climbs and other competitive events

Many of our of club riders compete in the various competitive events including Hill Climbs such as Whitelow Hill Climb and Bank Hill climb in Matlock and other competitive events across the region.

Christmas Club Ride

Every year we organise a Christmas fun ride where we decorate our bikes (and ourselves!) and have a shared club breakfast. We normally head out into The Peaks with the obligatory tinsel for the bike and fancy dress for the rider! 

Other Club rides and events

We also organise several longer rides such as the annual Newark 100 mile ride with some great cheese on toast at Newark (!) and other longer rides throughout the year. Members of the club also organise non-club trips within the UK and overseas covering road and gravel adventures. Speak to the club secretary if you’d like to know more or be put in contact with other riders considering these events.
